Last night was the most INTENSE Monopoly game of my ENTIRE LIFE. FIVE HOURS. SHOUTING, SUICIDE, STRIPPERS AND TROPHY ~~BOYS~~ WIVES. It was awesome. A++, would play again.

Unfortunately, I was sitting half on a matress on the floor, so my lower back and tailbone are KILLING ME NOW, plus I had ballroom dance this morning, with rumba and HIP ACTION OW. But now I'm back in my room, and it's time for...more picspam! (Very Gerard-heavy)

Gerard nods, and it's strange to see the difference between the last night's Frank and this Frank. "Yeah, I'm good." And other than the twinge of pain from the cut, he really is. He leans forward, tipping Frank's chin up and dropping a kiss onto his lips.

Frank accepts the kiss and, just the slightest bit tentative, deepens it, licking at Gerard's lips for permission. He's never had to deal with the morning after for this (no one ever survived the night) and he's not sure if it just isn't as bad as he had imagined it to be, or if it's because it's Gerard.

Gerard opens his mouth easily, still going slow, and he hopes it isn't going to be awkward for Frank, going back to being basically equal in this. "Hey," he asks, breaking the kiss. "Are you okay?"

Frank looks at him askance, not entirely sure he's heard properly, because...what?. "What?" He wrinkles his nose. "I'm fine. I wasn't the one getting carved up last night." He reaches down to finger the bandages, lightly, barely more than a brush.

Gerard shrugs. "You just seem a little weird," he says, sounding thoughtful. He's hoping that Frank hasn't started freaking out or something (not that he'd have much reason to) and suspects it's just that Frank doesn't really know if he's supposed to treat Gerard any differently now.

He shivers a little at the touch of Frank's fingers over the bandage. "And I was the one who was asking to get carved up, anyway," he says, smiling.

"I'm fine." When Gerard's reaction seems pleasant, he relaxes a little, and smiles in return. He keeps walking his fingers along where he knows the cut is underneath, the tips pressing in a little, but not enough to really hurt. "I just, I was worried. That you would change your mind."

"Nah, I'm good," Gerard says, glad to not have any complicated issues to work through. Because, in his mind, that means that they can do it again at some point, and god he wants to. He presses into Frank's fingers and shifts closer, but doesn't make a move to do anything else. "But I wanted to ask, you know--" He pauses, trying to word it right. "Do you, like, want to stay stay here? Because I'm pretty sure Brian wouldn't mind, but I. I don't know."

"I don't know." Frank looks down at his hand and loops his other arm around Gerard's waist, snuggling a little closer without really thinking about it. "I'd like to be able to stay, but, to be honest, it's not really safe. For Brian, or us." Staying put, no matter how nasty travel gets, isn't a good option for them, not at this juncture. Pretty much anyone they could stay with can be traced by the cops, and getting caught is...not an option.

Gerard sighs, leaning into Frank, tone worried. "Yeah. And I don't want anything bad to happen to Brian, not with everything he's already done for us. But... where are we gonna go?" He's pretty sure they've exhausted their options of peoples' houses to crash at and there's only so long they can take buses and sleep in hotels before they run out of money and like, become homeless or something.

"I don't know." Frank makes a little frustrated noise. They really don't have many choices at this juncture--public transport is really not safe, not even with disguises, and they really don't have many more friends who would shelter them (Frank's surprised that they've lasted this long). "Is there anyplace?"

"I have no idea," Gerard says, biting his lip. He doesn't want to be trouble for Brian, but he has no idea where they could go or what to do. "We can only keep taking the buses for so long. Fuck, I don't know." For all he knows, they're going to end up in a cabin in the wilderness someplace.

Thoughtful, Frank strokes a little at the sway of Gerard's back. "If we had our own way to..." It would just be so much easier if they had control over their travel, and--Frank tenses, eyes widening. "Gee, what if we had a car? We could go wherever, stop wherever, not have to worry about you getting recognized."

Gerard stares at him, and after a very long pause manages, "Where the hell are we going to get a car?" Frank's had most of the good ideas so far, but Gerard can't see so much as a chance that that's gonna happen. Brian's perfectly willing to lend out his guest room, but he only has one car and he kind of needs it for himself.

Frank shrugs a little. "Steal one?" But that won't work, because then it'll be in the system and the last thing they need is to draw even more attention to themselves. "How much cash do we have access to?" There's always some shitty used car someone wants to get rid of--they don't need class, they just need it to go.

Gerard gives him a hard look at the suggestion of stealing one. He knows Frank knows it's a bad idea, because the last thing they want is more of a trail--and they need license plates that people won't be looking out for, too. "If I could withdraw cash on my own I'd have around five hundred dollars," he says, hesitant. "But I can't exactly go to the bank and there are cameras at ATMs."

"They've probably frozen our accounts anyway." Frank scowls, digging through his mind for some kind of useful idea, some plan that could get them ahead. With nothing forthcoming, he buries his face in Gerard's shoulder and grumbles, voice too muffled to really understand.

Gerard sighs, fluffing Frank's hair with one hand, and he tries to think. He knows Brian would know someone who could sell them a car, but they don't have the money to do it (he himself has about forty dollars to his name and he knows Frank doesn't have much more). And then, he considers Mikey. It's a risk, contacting him at all, but he knows Mikey has connections to virtually every former scene kid in New Jersey and Mikey could help them. "I could ask Mikey," he says, hesitant.

Frank pulls his head up, chin still resting on Gerard, and gives him a dark look. "You willing to put him at risk like that?" Because it would be a risk. The cops more likely than not have Mikey's phone tapped, and calling him would destroy his story that he hadn't had any contact with Gerard or Frank for months. Plus, calling around to find a car for a serial murderer isn't the safest of jobs anyway.

Gerard looks like he's been stung. "I don't want to. I just can't think of what to do," he says, defensive. He can't think of any other way they're going to get the car idea to work, but the last thing he wants to do is endanger Mikey. And now he has no idea what to do.

"Hey, I didn't mean that." Frank kisses Gerard's neck, then rubs his nose against it apologetically. He forgets, sometimes, how difficult it is for him to have conversation like this, keep in mind all the different moving parts that keep it going. "I know you'd never let him get hurt. I bet Brian could call somebody to call Mikey. That way it couldn't be traced to us."

"I don't know," Gerard says, weak, because his mind has started providing him with thoughts of what could happen to Mikey if they get him mixed up in this (he could get thrown in jail and then he would die). "I guess we could try that--unless you can think of some other way," and he prays Frank can.

Frank shakes his head. "I don't know. We can ask Brian, but I think Mikey is probably going to be our best bet." He sits up more solidly and stretches, clasping his arms behind his back and moving the muscles as best he can. "What time is it anyway?"

Gerard sits up, looking around blearily for the clock, and it's fallen off the nightstand since the last time they were here, dangling from the cord off the side (of course, it's also entirely possible one of them knocked it off last night). He picks it up, checking. "It's um. Whoa. Eleven."

Hoping to lighten the mood, if only briefly--because once they're up, they'll have to dicuss matters with Brian and bring themselves back to reality--Frank grins, arching his eyebrows suggestively. "Guess I tired you out pretty good, huh?"

"I guess you probably did," Gerard says, mock-casually, grinning at Frank. "But I guess I must have done the same thing, since I was the one who woke up first." He tries to push the nasty details of the plan they have to make up out of his head for the moment and just enjoy where he is, at a house that's still safe for now with Frank.
