mwestbelleBecause people actually seemed interested in reading this, and formatting a big ol' chatlog is way more rewarding than doing the readings for my evening class, have a really really messy chatfic! Seriousy, this is uncapitalized, has emoticons and "idk!", and is not particularly coherent...but it does have werewolves. Some genderswap werewolves >_> (hai Way sisters!)
I do hope to expand this into an actual good story one day, since this doesn't include much of my very stupidly thinky werewolf politics and stuff, just plain old pining and angst and stupids!

he inherited the pack from his grandpa because his dad was killed in some freak accident or hunted down or something idk

madhatterdru: but so it's a big naked happy fuzzy cuddletime with a bunch of bandfolk, and they live in a big house in the middle of the woods that like, frank's great-great-great-grandparents bought as a private wildlife refuge~ and every few months he has to put on a suit and go talk to city councilpeople to be like "oh yes, there are lots of (tasty) endagered owls and shit, good use of land!"
the story actually starts when the ways (who i am making girls for my own selfish purposes) show up one day. they are all raggedy because they don't have a pack (they were all killed or like, assholes who ate people or something and gee wouldn't stand for that) and have just been scraping by on their own, eating squirrels and curling up together under park benches and shit
they stay because they're all wounded and shit, and everyone wants to welcome them into the family, but gee is all *rawr rawr bitch* and super protective of mikey and distrustful, and mikey is just like *licklick* at her wounds
but frank is like *____* and tries to cuddle up to gee all the time like, "let me lick your wounds, let's share body heat"
bob is a total badass, and like, frank's second in command. so if teenagers are dicking around in their woods during the full moon, frank knows bob will take care of it

he'd be a totally threatening wolf
madhatterdru: but he's secretly a big snugglebug and eventually by just hanging around being furry and big and warm, gee ends up curling up against him anyway and letting him lick at her wounds and frank is like D: BETRAYAL

madhatterdru: so frank is like "...fine, whatever, jamia and i were talking about having cubs before you two even showed up. we're going to have our fucking cubs now"
but of course jamia is like, "dude, fuck you, no way. you're a dick"

"doesn't anyone want to have cubs with me?"
"i have to pass on my proud liiiine"
of course, jamia is like "you know, whining about needing heirs and cubs does not actually turn girls on"

it's one of the ways he works his way into her heart
he leaves food outside her door, and on wolfy nights he usually nudges like, a hunk of deer toward her with his muzzle because he knows whatever he gives to gee, she'll share with mikey, and vice versa
time goes by and ways start to trust~ again, but then like. idk, some developers want the land? and frank can't exactly go and say WE NEED TO ROAM SO WE DON'T EAT YOUR CATS so it's going to be a really hard fight to keep it, and gee's like "it's all going to go down bad, we have to get out of here, this isn't our fight." and mikey's like "well :| i'm going to have a litter. so it kind of is my fight :|"

she's v. excited. and pete is like, insanely happy because he's going to have CUBS omg omg omg *____* and mikey just kind of pets his head when he hyperventilates from the joy of it all
but so gee is all :\ "YOU ARE BUYING INTO THIS THIS ISN'T OUR HOME" and mikey's all *shrug* "it's my home." which is a total cheat because she knows that gee considers wherever mikey is to be home

madhatterdru: and gee stomps off to go run around in the woods and she runs into frank and is like "I FUCKING HATE YOU AND YOUR GUYS IMPREGNATED MY SISTER" and frank's like :O "...congrats?"

so gee busts her tail out of there and so what, mikey has a new family now and if she wants to trust these people and breed with them, that's fine, gee took care of both of them so she sure as hell can take care of just her
frank has to go back to the house and mikey's all "did you see gee?" and he has to tell her that gee left. and mikey is just like :| "...she wouldn't. she wouldn't just leave me." but she totally did ;__;
so! frank is in a suit all the time, which makes him scratch (and he doesn't have fleas, thanks ray, he's just NERVOUS) and he's all depressed and he's the leader here, if they lose their home it's all his fault and what is the pack going to do? mikey is having cubs, and then it turns out jamia and bob are too (because this story starts out in a kind of frank/jamia/bob place, but then frank drops away) and he just DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO he's a failure as an alpha

and he ends up walking past some alleyway and he finds gee curled up in it, all cold and dirty and hungry
he goes to her, of course, and she just pushes him away all weak like ;__; "leave me alone, haven't you taken enough from me? let me have my fucking pride"

he's just like "for fuck's sake, i haven't done anything to you but try to be nice and try to make you feel comfortable, and all i want is for you to be happy, okay?"

but eventually, idk, she passes out or something and frank is like *sigh* and he picks her up (he can do that, cuz he's a werewolf and is strong) even though he gets dirt and pretty nasty stink on his fancy suit, and he carries her back to the little hotel room he's been renting while he's fighting for the pack's land
PerspexSea: and when she wakes up?
madhatterdru: she's all O_O "wtf what is this omg what is happening what are you going to do?"

but she's scared :-(
and then we probably find out the whole thing about the pack gee and mikey were at before, and like, the alpha there wasn't a nice guy like frank is, and gee found out that he had his eye~ on her & mikey and that's why they left, because mikey was like, 12 at the time

madhatterdru: mhmmm. which is one of the reasons gee freaked out when she found out mikey was pregnant, because...she's been trying to protect them from that
and frank is finally just kind of like :\ "gee. you know i'd...i would never want you to do something you didn't want to, right?" because he figures out that that's probably she was so bristley whenever he tried to hit on her

but after a while on the clean bed, listening to the shower running, she really feels how filthy she is, and when frank gets out, she ducks past him and locks the door behind her
PerspexSea: and frank has an impressive array of cleaning products

he is a clean boy
after she gets out of the shower, she realizes that she has nothing but her old nasty nasty nasty clothes, and she doesn't really want to put those on, and she cracks the door open a smidge and finds frank is gone, but he left a t-shirt and sweatpants on the bed with a little "dropping suit off at the drycleaners, order roomservice? :) F" note

so gee puts on the clothes and frank is....kind of a small dude, and living with the pack has made gee not quite so unhealthily scrawny a girl, so his shirt stretches really tight over her boobs and maybe rides up over her tummy a little. she doesn't like it, but it's better than nothing :(
and she does order roomservice because she's been living on the streets and is totally starving, and pretty much orders everything, because frank is paying so whatever. and when frank does show up, and she's tearing into a (very very very) rare burger, with pale skin just peeking out all over, he's like *__* DROOL
PerspexSea: poor frankie, how's he supposed to deal with that
madhatterdru: he loves a woman who loves her meat. especially one with a kickin rack and nice cuddly tummy
theeen gee is all :O "you're back!" and frank's like "DON'T STOP EATING ON MY ACCOUNT PLZgoahead" *___* and she's just like >_> but she is super super wolfy hungry and just kind of plows through the food because who cares what frank thinks, right?

but after she finishes she's pretty much stuffed to the gills and sleeeeepy and she's been sleeping on the ground, so when she lies down just for a little bit, just to settle her tummy down a little, she's out like a light. and frank just sort of watches her and smiles for a little bit
so she's all *snooze* and she's in frank's bed, but there's no way he's climbing in there with her, so he just changes into a wolf and curls up on the floor near the door, just in case anyone should try to get in

but when do they get cuddletimes

gee wakes up in the night and pretty much panics because she doesn't know where she is or what's going on and what if someone can get at her and where's mikey so frank ends up trying to soothe her, but she doesn't seem to understand him and he knows that he shouldn't, but he uses his sooper alpha powers to encourage her to shift, and then when she's a wolf he curls around her and tucks his head over hers

madhatterdru: of course, the ~problem with falling asleep as fuzzy puppies curled together
is that if you happen to shift back in your sleep
you wake up naked people curled together

so that night when pete comes home (with bunnies! because his lady wanted them!) mikey kicks gee out of the little corner she and pete have pretty much picked as their own, and gee goes really slowly and really nervously up to frankie's bedroom

because for the most part, wolves are pretty cool with swapping around. you'll have a litter with someone, and then hey, maybe you want to hook up with someone new and it's all pretty chill. it's also chill to kind of stick with somebody you really like. but alphas, because of the power/responsibility/etc, either have their pick of anybody, or they tend to want a mate. a mate is like srs bznss, marriage x10, until one of you is torn to shreds by a rival pack kind of deal. but a lot of the time the alpha female is pretty much just used to support the male's power, instead of her being a ruler in her own right? and in a lot of packs (the seedy kind that gee would come into contact with), the alpha would have his mate and then still fuck around
frank, of course, is not like that. gee is totally awesome and also totally badass, and he would want her to be his full partner in all pack business as well as his ladylove

madhatterdru: but so it's a big naked happy fuzzy cuddletime with a bunch of bandfolk, and they live in a big house in the middle of the woods that like, frank's great-great-great-grandparents bought as a private wildlife refuge~ and every few months he has to put on a suit and go talk to city councilpeople to be like "oh yes, there are lots of (tasty) endagered owls and shit, good use of land!"
the story actually starts when the ways (who i am making girls for my own selfish purposes) show up one day. they are all raggedy because they don't have a pack (they were all killed or like, assholes who ate people or something and gee wouldn't stand for that) and have just been scraping by on their own, eating squirrels and curling up together under park benches and shit
they stay because they're all wounded and shit, and everyone wants to welcome them into the family, but gee is all *rawr rawr bitch* and super protective of mikey and distrustful, and mikey is just like *licklick* at her wounds
but frank is like *____* and tries to cuddle up to gee all the time like, "let me lick your wounds, let's share body heat"
bob is a total badass, and like, frank's second in command. so if teenagers are dicking around in their woods during the full moon, frank knows bob will take care of it

so gee busts her tail out of there and so what, mikey has a new family now and if she wants to trust these people and breed with them, that's fine, gee took care of both of them so she sure as hell can take care of just her
frank has to go back to the house and mikey's all "did you see gee?" and he has to tell her that gee left. and mikey is just like :| "...she wouldn't. she wouldn't just leave me." but she totally did ;__;
so! frank is in a suit all the time, which makes him scratch (and he doesn't have fleas, thanks ray, he's just NERVOUS) and he's all depressed and he's the leader here, if they lose their home it's all his fault and what is the pack going to do? mikey is having cubs, and then it turns out jamia and bob are too (because this story starts out in a kind of frank/jamia/bob place, but then frank drops away) and he just DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO he's a failure as an alpha

and he ends up walking past some alleyway and he finds gee curled up in it, all cold and dirty and hungry

and then we probably find out the whole thing about the pack gee and mikey were at before, and like, the alpha there wasn't a nice guy like frank is, and gee found out that he had his eye~ on her & mikey and that's why they left, because mikey was like, 12 at the time

but after a while on the clean bed, listening to the shower running, she really feels how filthy she is, and when frank gets out, she ducks past him and locks the door behind her

after she gets out of the shower, she realizes that she has nothing but her old nasty nasty nasty clothes, and she doesn't really want to put those on, and she cracks the door open a smidge and finds frank is gone, but he left a t-shirt and sweatpants on the bed with a little "dropping suit off at the drycleaners, order roomservice? :) F" note

so gee puts on the clothes and frank is....kind of a small dude, and living with the pack has made gee not quite so unhealthily scrawny a girl, so his shirt stretches really tight over her boobs and maybe rides up over her tummy a little. she doesn't like it, but it's better than nothing :(
and she does order roomservice because she's been living on the streets and is totally starving, and pretty much orders everything, because frank is paying so whatever. and when frank does show up, and she's tearing into a (very very very) rare burger, with pale skin just peeking out all over, he's like *__* DROOL

so she's all *snooze* and she's in frank's bed, but there's no way he's climbing in there with her, so he just changes into a wolf and curls up on the floor near the door, just in case anyone should try to get in

being the smart boy he is, he goes to whine to jamia again. she makes him rub her feet but she's basically like, "you're so head over heels for this girl, fucking do something about it, jesus"
so frank gets gee to come up to his room and paces around and is generally a total spazz before he finally just sucks it up and is like, "i'm in love with you, and i really want to be with you, and i'd really like us to have pups, is there anything i can do to make that happen?"
and gee is kind of dumbstruck by how upfront he's being and is like... "um. i just. i really can't. i told you before, i couldn't handle you with other girls, i just. it's stupid, but i couldn't."
and frank is like ♥__♥ then...would you be my mate?
PerspexSea: and she says yes and they have happily ever after?

gee gets all blushy and is like "...i still need to think." by which she means, she needs to talk to mikey. who is grumpy at having been woken up (and omg, cutest pregnant lady ever XD with bonus pete attachment) and is like "seriously gee? are you stupid? you're in love with him, he's in love with you, you both want to be together forever, go be his mate and you can get on with having pups who are as stupid as you two" (hormones/sleeplessness are not kind to mikey)
PerspexSea: in mikey's defense, anyone would be fed up with frank and gee's ridiculousness by now

it's pretty much the kick in the pants that gee needs to scramble back up to frank's room where he's totally not sulking and pretty much tackle him, because. she does want to be with him forever, and why is she fighting against what she wants?

so. there is sex! and it's moving and beautiful and everything and afterward they snuggle, and then gee thinks she might panic, but frank is breathing all wet on her collarbone, so maybe she's okay
pete gets the eight pups he's always wanted (though not all at once) and gee and frank conceive their pups the next spring <3
