I didn't get this up because I was tired and cranky last night, but...

I want your flail and your angst and your UNGH (...unless it was just me, in that case CARRY ON). Comments are obviously spoilerific.

I've just seen it for the third time (don't judge me..) and I can't get over how omgfuckingmindblowinglygood it is. I have all of these favorite moments and it keeps getting longer and longer and of course most, if not all, of them involve the Joker. I NEED SOME ICONS ;___;

The part that's been sticking out for me the most is during the video with the fake!Batman and the Joker yells "LOOK AT ME" in this voice that is just completely terrifying and every single time I've seen it in the theater you feel the mood of the entire audience change.

And of course I loved that they never gave some lame backstory to the Joker like in the Tim Burton film, in the comics themselves the Joker says that he remembers it differently each time so to give him a concrete past would take something away from the character. And the whole "this is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" line is genius but after seeing the movie I was really upset because I realized that there won't be a sequel with the Joker and if they do do another Batman they're going to have to write the Joker out of it and I hate that so much. I'm glad they didn't kill the Joker off in this film but I hate that a third Batman is going to be Joker-less because I just want more of this character. But I'm going to appreciate The Dark Knight that much more now and I'm definitely going for my fourth time tomorrow.

I saw it for the second time yesterday and hope to go again *fingers crossed*

I just. *HANDS* I can't even articulate how much I love the Joker. It's like they took everything that I love about villains and balled it all up to make the most awesomest bad guy EVER. *HANDS* I'm going to go flail on your entry *toodles*

that sums up basically everything I was thinking. And I'm so glad I'm not the only one who liked the Joker a little too much :D
