Last night was the most INTENSE Monopoly game of my ENTIRE LIFE. FIVE HOURS. SHOUTING, SUICIDE, STRIPPERS AND TROPHY BOYS WIVES. It was awesome. A++, would play again.

Unfortunately, I was sitting half on a matress on the floor, so my lower back and tailbone are KILLING ME NOW, plus I had ballroom dance this morning, with rumba and HIP ACTION OW. But now I'm back in my room, and it's time for...more picspam! (Very Gerard-heavy)

Frank nods his agreement. "We'll leave from here later. We should make a plan." He glances over Pete's shoulder to where Patrick is on the couch. He's got his headphones in, but Frank's still wary. "Somewhere more secluded, maybe?"

"Oh shit, yeah," Pete shakes his head like coming out of a dream and jerks his thumb in the general direction of the back of the apartment. "My room should be good. I can't go out tonight, it'd be suspicious. I'll just make myself distracting." He's halfway to the couch when he turns with a little of the old Pete glint in his eyes. "Don't fuck with my shit." And he's leaping over the back and plastering himself against Patrick (who, to his credit, seems monumentally uninterested).

Patrick barely blinks as Pete plasters himself all over him (he's a little too used to it), and Gerard rolls his eyes and starts toward the back of the apartment. He can't remember if he's ever been in Pete's room (he doesn't think so) but it should work while they figure out what to do.

"Come on." He motions to Frank, who's still looking out the window, and starts to mentally go over how they're going to be able to travel around in the dark without arousing suspicion and/or being recognised. He's got nothing yet and it's more than a little worrying.

Frank follows obediently back into Pete's room. It's, well, a lot like Pete. Pretty messy, kind of gross, stacks of CDs and laundry. Frank wrinkles his nose a little when he nudges a dirty T-shirt off the corner of the bed--it's not like he has delicate sensibilities to be offended, but is it so wrong not to be into other people's dirty clothes?

"We should check the warehouses, anywhere abandoned," he keeps track on his fingers while he talks. "Ask around a little."

"Who are we going to ask?" Gerard points out, sitting down on Pete's bed with little regard to the mess--he's seen worse (been worse). He gets distracted by a CD on the bed and starts reading the back, smiling a little. "Mikey liked this one," he informs Frank offhandedly, before setting it back down. They've got planning to do.

"And how are we going to not get caught? Disguises? Black ski masks and hope no one thinks we're going to rob them?"

"We just talk to people." Frank shrugs. "We should be alright if we stay out of crowds, and most of the people we'll be talking to don't spend a lot of time in front of the tv."

He leans back and dares a sideways glance at Gerard. He wrinkles his nose, teasing. "Of course, you could always slap on some lipstick, I'm sure some angry ex left a skirt around. I know you like that."

Gerard gives him an amused smirk. "I bet you'd like that. And I wouldn't be surprised if Pete had one or two of his own." He's actually kind of considering it--Frank hasn't been the one with his picture in the news, he has, and he knows he can pull it off, skirt or no.

Frank had been leaning back to fumble with Pete's bedspread, wondering about how horribly filthy it was, and he sort of half falls over when Gerard speaks.

"Right. Espionage. Very necessary." He nods, biting back a smile, because god, he didn't think Gerard would actually take him up on the suggestion. He definitely thinks it's an excellent idea.

"Well, if I don't look like the picture they've had on the news, we're fine, right?" He's definitely talking himself into it, now, and it seems pretty clear that Frank wouldn't mind it either.

So, privacy be damned, Gerard starts going through the pile of clothes on Pete's closet floor, looking to see if Frank's right about the ex's skirt thing. He chokes a little when he sees one particular item, expression horrified; he didn't think Mikey still had clothes here. Especially pants.

Frank isn't familiar enough with Mikey's apparel (thank god) to recognize the pants, but he can guess from the expression and snickers a little.

"I don't have to be a girl too, do I?" He hops off the bed to "help" (which mostly involves staring at Gerard's ass while he searches).

"Well, if you did, you'd have to shave," Gerard says meaningfully, one hand brushing over Frank's jawline. It isn't quite a beard, but it's long passed the point of stubble. "But I don't think so."

He exhausts one clothing stack and moves into another, and he thinks he's going to have to just make do with girly pants when he digs out a skirt from the bottom. It's black denim and it's a little short for his tastes (admittedly, it's probably mid-thigh, but still), but if it fits him, it'll work. He looks at it thoughtfully, holding it up for Frank for a second opinion.

"So I guess I'll just be your hardass boyfriend." And then Gerard holds up the skirt. "...or your pimp." At the look on Gerard's face, he's quick to add, "Kidding, sorry, it's great. I mean, it will look great. On you."

It so will, and Frank is suddenly thinking this "Gerard in drag!" idea is not good, because there's no way he's going to be able to interrogate and possibly intimidate lowlifes if Gerard is standing next to him in that skirt.

Gerard looks at it contemplatively. "It isn't that short, is it? I... hmm." He stands up and holds it against himself to check the length, grinning a little. He just hopes it doesn't attract too much attention, which is kind of the opposite of what he's going for. But there's another matter to consider too.

"Think we should walk there?" He bites his lip, considering. It isn't that cold out yet but he's debating whether he should hunt for some tights or leggings while he's at it.

"Probably." He's not particularly verbose, admiring the significant amount of leg that's going to be exposed by the skirt and being thankful that he doesn't have to pretend not to stare. "Don't want to leave more of a trail than we have to."

He rubs the back of his chin against his hand thoughtfully--he knows he hasn't been on the news, but it would probably if he mixed up his look a little too so he doesn't get identified if the worst comes to pass and they get picked up.

Gerard looks out the window, trying to gauge how long they have before it's dark, and gestures for Frank to turn around so he can put the skirt on. He knows it's silly, all things considered, to be embarrassed about changing in front of Frank but it feels strange to him to change in front of anyone, really. He's grateful the door is shut, at least.

Frank's biting his lip and smiling when he obediently turns, half wishing that Pete had a mirror so he could try the time-honored skeeze technique even though, unlike the girls in the movies, he has no doubt that Gerard would both catch him and kick his ass.

He picks at the hem of his T-shirt while he waits. "How's it fit?"

Gerard slides down his jeans as quickly as he can, tossing them aside, and tugs the skirt up. It doesn't fit too badly--it's a little tight at the waist and he has to hold his breath a little to button it, but he was expecting that. He looks down contemplatively at himself, frowning at his legs.

"Fits fine, actually. Do you think Pete has a razor lying around anywhere?"

"Probably, but you're going to need cream too. Hang on." Frank sneaks to the bathroom and retrieves a razor and some shaving cream from Pete's side (the messy one). He pauses to glance back into the living room to make sure they won't be interrupted--Pete is still using Patrick as an extension of the couch, and Patrick is still clacking contentedly at his laptop.

Slipping back inside and holding the spoils up in triumph, he wonders if it would be too pervy (in the "tell an adult you trust" way not in the "hey sailor" way) to offer to help.

"Thanks," Gerard says, grinning, taking them from Frank. He sits down on the bed and gets some shaving cream, awkwardly covering one leg and then the other. He's only shaved his legs a few times ever and he's just hoping that he's not going to nick himself horribly and bleed to death, or something. He starts shaving his leg before realizing that he's going to get the cream everywhere and frowning.

To hell with perversion. Frank grabs two of Pete's shirts (he feels the tiniest bit bad about using all of Pete's things, but reminds himself that all of this is to help Pete, help Pete's boys) and kneels at the edge of the bed.

"Let me." He drops one shirt next to him and spreads the other under Gerard's legs to catch any drips (Pete can throw his shirts in the wash, his carpet is a different matter), and he holds out his hand for the razor.

Oh god. Gerard's face goes bright red almost instantly, but he hands Frank the razor. He's trying not to think about it (the position Frank is in bringing up all kinds of ideas) and failing miserably.

Some part of his mind is a little wary about Frank with a razor, the same part that would probably be freaked out if Frank was, say, carving a turkey. It's little more than a background hum in his mind and he's for the most part ignoring it.

Frank ducks his head to hide his grin at Gerard's blush, then sets to work. He's never done this before, but it can't be denied that he knows his way around a blade. He drags the razor up Gerard's calf, careful not to nick him, and wipes the cream and hair on the shirt before moving on.

It's, well, he can't deny that it's hot (because it's Gerard and Gerard is never not hot to Frank) but he's not entirely sure of his limits, and he doesn't want to push Gerard into something that will make him pull away.

Gerard murmurs out a "Thanks," before closing his eyes, because he can't bring himself to watch. It's strangely intimate in a way he can't quite pinpoint and his face feels like it's on fire.

Frank finishes up his left leg and is distracted because Gerard really does have great legs, and they're even more appealing smooth and soft and smelling fruity (Frank will give Pete shit about having "orange and freesia" scented shaving cream for as long as he knows him).

He moves on to Gerard's right, then reconsiders and presses a soft kiss to the inside of Gerard's knee.

Gerard makes a faint noise at that, and if they weren't in Pete's bedroom with Pete only a few rooms away (never mind the fact that Pete has been serving as a distraction for their benefit for a good half hour) he would probably lean down and kiss the hell out of Frank. As is, he's just holding as still as he can hoping Frank finishes the other leg quickly before he does anything stupid.

Frank is busy fighting the urge to lick at the sweet-smelling cream (although it really had more to do with Gerard's legs than the scent), doing Gerard's right in quick strokes. Wiping off the razor for the last time (maybe he'll give Pete some quarters to do laundry with) he sits back on his heels and smiles up at Gerard.
